Zarif's post says he built a self-hosted web app for a Roborock vacuum, because the official app was not hackable enough. Schedules, a queue, a live map. Browser or PWA. Open source, MIT. The readme says the recording is fake mode: a simulated robot in a synthetic apartment, sped up, with no account and no robot. A real run is Python 3.12. Commands were verified on a Qrevo L Pro. Other models may want different parameters. The web app has no login of its own. Anyone who can reach the port can drive the robot, so the readme says keep it on 127.0.0.1. The post does not say the film is a simulation, or that the port is the lock. This page did not start a clean.
