Kudos, a roast of the group chat

Aaron's post says he built Kudos AI. It uses Jev and Magic Hour to turn an exported group chat into a roast, with titles and a ceremony video, in less than 30 seconds. The link in the post is the GitHub repo. The readme calls it a free demo. A local run is a slideshow unless Magic Hour credentials are set. Upload is JSON only. Roast levels are gentle, medium, or spicy, and one person can win at most four awards. License: TBD. Postgres, Redis, a Jev key, and a Magic Hour key are the setup. The readme does not say 30 seconds. This page did not upload a chat.
