Oday's post says Helpdock is an open-source help desk you run yourself. Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and live chat in one inbox. SLAs, rules, and AI that answers from your docs or hands off. English and Arabic. No per-agent seats. AGPL-3.0, v0.5.0. The v0.5.0 release exists. The readme says pre-1.0, and that email, the chat widget, SLAs, rules and the help center, in English and Arabic, have shipped. The same status block says Telegram, AI and the public API are still being built. WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are listed as in development, milestone M10. Install is Docker Compose on a Linux server with 2 vCPU, 4 GB of memory, and two DNS names. The readme prints no seat price.
