Pranjal's post says BobHead is an open-source ComfyUI app that turns footage into a big-head video and keeps the original motion and dialogue. The repository is jalrobustvfx/BobHead. The app license is MIT. Model weights are downloaded from their publishers and are not in the app download. It needs Windows 10 or 11, an NVIDIA CUDA GPU, and internet for setup. The demonstrated machine is an RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell with 96 GiB of VRAM. The readme says the minimum VRAM has not been established, and a separate-machine install has not been validated. The preview GIF loops with no sound. Dialogue is in the MP4. The post does not name the 96 GiB machine, or say the weights stay outside the repo. This page did not render a clip.
