Cut the launch film from the app you already have
A skill that rebuilds the screens in a frame, times them to a track, and renders on the machine the coding agent already uses.

Difficulty is an editorial estimate of technical and operational complexity, not a score.
Startup idea analysis by Startup Ideas. Last reviewed Oct 7, 2026. How we read a launch.
The startup idea
The film is Ram's, not a post from the repo owner. A reply points at github.com/kaventro/motion-designer. The readme says it is an MIT skill for Claude Code and Codex. It rebuilds the app UI as HTML inside a phone or a laptop frame, times the moves to music, checks the result frame by frame, and renders locally with headless Chrome and ffmpeg. Voiceover in that readme is Chatterbox or Kokoro. Music is ACE-Step. The film shows the slash command for making a video of the app, and a beat plan. A banking screen in the film shows a balance. That number is the demo, not a company. This page did not run the skill.
The opportunity is the film a developer owes the launch, made from the app they already have, inside the harness they already run. A motion tool is a second job. A skill that rebuilds the UI in HTML and renders on the machine is smaller than a video studio. It is also easy to lie with. A rebuilt screen is not the product. The page should say the frames are a reconstruction. Local render matters only if the person can find the mp4 without uploading the app.
Do not attribute the film to kaventro. Ram posted it. Do not treat the demo balance as revenue, users, or a price. Do not claim you watched it render.
The problem
The product is ready. The film still means opening a motion tool the developer does not live in.
Who would pay for this?
- Primary
- A developer who ships with Claude Code or Codex and needs a short film of the app.
- Secondary
- A founder who will not learn a timeline tool for one launch.
- Early adopter
- Your own app, one phone frame, one track.
How could it make money?
Possible models. Nothing here is a claim about what kaventro charges.
- The readme says MIT. Do not invent a price for the skill.
- The render uses tools on the machine. If a voice or a music model is paid, that cost is separate. The readme names Chatterbox, Kokoro, and ACE-Step without a price.
- A hosted render is a different company. This one says local.
What would the MVP look like?
- One app.
- A phone or a laptop frame.
- A beat plan.
- An mp4 from ffmpeg on the machine.
- A line that the frames are a rebuild, not a screen recording, if that is what you ship.
How to validate the idea
- Render one film of something you shipped. Ask if a person can tell the UI was rebuilt.
- If they still open a motion tool, the skill did not save the step.
- Time the render. If it needs a cloud GPU you did not mention, the local claim is wrong.
How to differentiate
- A skill in Claude Code or Codex, not a new editor.
- The render stays on the machine.
- The UI is rebuilt on purpose. Say that.
- One film format. Not a full studio.
Why this could be interesting now
Coding agents already change the app. The film of that app is still a separate craft. The opening is one skill, one frame, a local mp4, and an honest label that the screens were rebuilt.
Original product launch
This launch is inspiration and evidence that someone shipped, not a partnership. The idea above is our reading of the broader opportunity. kaventro did not write it.

Product that inspired this idea
Ram's film shows a skill that turns an app into a launch video. The repo is kaventro's, MIT, for Claude Code and Codex. The readme says the render stays on the machine.
