Waqar Azeem's post introduces Helpin as an open-source alternative to Intercom and Fin. The post says agents answer customers, keep docs fresh, and turn bug reports into pull requests, and that replies start as drafts you approve before you switch on auto-reply. The post says try it free for 14 days, no card, or self-host. The pricing page says self-hosted is $0, you pay hosting and your own AI keys, and Community 0.2 is in beta. Cloud Starter is $99 a month with $99 of AI usage included. Growth is $299 a month, or $239 a month billed annually. The 14-day trial is a Growth trial and includes $140 of AI usage in total. The homepage says AGPL-3.0. The readme says the community app is AGPL-3.0-only, and code in ee/ is a separate enterprise license. A marketing page still says Community 0.1 beta.
