Mohsen's post says close your eyes, speak, and the computer types. Free, open source, offline. An experimental webcam switch: hold your eyes shut, talk, open them, and the text appears. The readme says Apache 2.0. The loop is a hotkey. Hold it, speak, release. The default is Right Alt on Linux, Right Option on macOS, and Right Ctrl on Windows. Speech recognition stays on the machine. No account, no subscription, no API key. Linux is the tested platform. macOS and Windows are previews. The tour gif says the command-line typing is re-enacted. The readme does not describe an eye-close switch or a webcam. The post leads with one. This page did not dictate a line.
