Mateusz's post says he built RoadRaven, a local roadmap tree Claude Code updates while it works, with an MCP server, skills, and a Claude Code mod. The readme says alpha v0.8.9. The plan is a roadmap.json in the repo. The MCP server exposes 21 tools. It binds to 127.0.0.1. Windows and Linux install today. macOS is next. Two skills, roadraven:orchestrate and roadraven:work-node, come with the plugin, and the plugin needs Node.js 24 or later. The wizard and npx paths give the tools only. The license is FSL-1.1-MIT: free to use, you cannot sell or host it as a competing product, and each release becomes MIT two years later. The readme says that is not OSI open source. No price. The Windows build is unsigned.
