Retry Rodeo, the failure is synthetic

RP's post says an agent reported done and posted the same comment twice, so he built a test rig for retries that go wrong. Bring your own agent, or add a case. The repository is RishabhPande/agent-retry-rodeo. The license is MIT. The readme calls it a local test range. The quick start is six scripted runs, no login, no API keys, synthetic data only, Python 3.10 or later. One case is a lost acknowledgement that duplicates a write. Another finishes halfway. It is not a sandbox. It does not block network access or files, and it cannot stop an infinite loop. No model connector is included. The post's duplicate comment is a scripted fault, not a live agent on a real ticket. This page did not run the suite.
