The post says PandaCode Connect links machines and runs a task on another one. Live output every 100 ms, nothing polls. End-to-end encrypted. Fully free, with a 10-device limit. Open source, no telemetry. A mobile app is later. The readme says the desktop app is free, with no account, no license key, and no telemetry, until you turn remote access on. Connect is optional. It wants a GitHub sign-in, then a relay that forwards the devices' encrypted messages. Nothing is sent before that setting. The license is MIT plus one line: a public or commercial fork must say it is a fork of PandaCode and link the repo. The readme does not print a 10-device cap. The post does not say Connect starts with a GitHub login. This page did not pair a machine.
