Ethan's post says Pagekin is a free, open-source app for long novels. Chapter blueprints, drafting, review, and revision. Windows and macOS. Bring your own model. The books stay on the computer. The link is the v1.3.0 release. The English readme on that tag still titles the app AI Novel Writer. The workflow is premise, characters, worldbuilding, blueprints, draft, review, revision, then final. GPL-3.0. You configure the model. A DeepSeek plugin in the same repo is a frozen 0.1.0 preview, and the readme says it has less than 10% of the desktop app. The post does not mention the plugin, or the older name. This page did not install it.
