The post says KawaGIIF drops a GIF, image, or looping video onto the Windows desktop, with no window, even over borderless-fullscreen games. Open source. The readme says MIT, Windows 10 and 11, built with Tauri. Overlays sit on borderless-fullscreen games and ignore clicks. Exclusive fullscreen is listed as not possible. macOS and Linux are not supported. The installer is not signed, so SmartScreen can warn. At launch it checks GitHub for a newer release. The post does not mention exclusive fullscreen, or the update check. This page did not pin a GIF.
