Ruchang Yao's post says FlashVSR+ does 4K video super-resolution on a single RTX 4090, and that it is open source. The page shows a 960p frame going to 4K, and a table for one 4090: SeedVR2 at 0.18 frames a second, the base model at 0.50, the turbo model at 0.98, which it calls 5.5 times faster than SeedVR2. A workflow example takes a 1344 by 768 clip to 3840 by 2160. The page does not say open source. The repository OpenImagingLab/FlashVSR_Plus is Apache 2.0. No price. This page did not run the model.
