Corply, a company from one prompt
Corply's post says one prompt to an agent can incorporate a Delaware C-Corp, open a bank account, and accept credit card payments. A reply says less than 30 minutes. The page lists initial formation at $399, a Delaware filing plus formation service at $329, a managed 83(b) at $70 per founder, a free EIN, and a free corporate banking setup. A $69 monthly plan is marked required with formation. A registered agent is $7 and a virtual mailbox is $39 on that ongoing list. Delaware government fees are separate. A human reviews every state filing. The page says Corply is software from 0Lumen Labs Corp, not a law firm and not a bank. It names invoices and payments, not the words credit card. It does not say 30 minutes. Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor are the agents it names. This page did not file a company.
