A chat that finds the reference
Ask for one kind of design reference, save the ones that fit, and say on the first screen that it is free.

Difficulty is an editorial estimate of technical and operational complexity, not a score.

The startup idea
The x6sense account posted a soft launch on October 3: a chatbot for finding design references. The page at x6sense.com opens a chat and asks what type of reference you want. The types on the page include web, image, a features section, e-commerce product pages, branding, and a portfolio. QClay, the design studio, reposted that launch. A later post from the same x6sense account, on October 5, says come test it and that it is free. This page did not find a paid plan, and it did not save a reference. Bogdan's later post called it the number one daily app. That ranking is his line, not a measurement.
The opportunity is one reference the designer can start from, not a folder of screenshots. They already know the kind of screen. The search is the slow part. A smaller product is one chat, a few types, a favorite, and the word free on the first screen if that is still true. If the good results are only a moodboard someone else curated by hand, say that.
Do not repeat the number one claim. Do not invent a price. The October 5 post says free, and this page did not find a checkout. Do not treat a crypto landing page in the type list as the product. It is one of the reference types.
The problem
The reference lives in a folder of screenshots, and the search is a person's memory.
Who would pay for this?
- Primary
- A designer who starts a screen by looking for a close example.
- Secondary
- A studio that already sends people to a chat instead of a shared folder.
- Early adopter
- One type of screen, five references, one saved favorite.
How could it make money?
Possible models. Nothing here is a claim about what x6sense charges.
- The October 5 post says it is free. Do not invent a plan.
- This page did not find a price. If one appears, it is not this film.
- Free still needs a line about what is saved, and the page has a terms link.
What would the MVP look like?
- One chat.
- A few reference types, written as types, not as a ranking.
- A favorite.
- The word free, if the account still says that.
How to validate the idea
- Ask five designers if they would start a screen here instead of their folder.
- If they cannot tell a saved reference from a generated picture, stop and label them.
- Do not add a team plan until one person comes back for a second search.
How to differentiate
- A type of screen, not a general chat.
- Free is a post, so keep the post's date next to it.
- No ranking you did not measure.
- Do not become a template store unless you sell a file.
Why this could be interesting now
The account shipped a chat for references and then said it was free. The opening is one type of screen, a favorite, and no invented rank.
Original product launch
This launch is inspiration and evidence that someone shipped, not a partnership. The idea above is our reading of the broader opportunity. x6sense did not write it.

Product that inspired this idea
The x6sense account says it is soft-launching a chatbot for design references. The page asks what kind of reference you want. A later post from the same account says it is free. This page did not find a price.
