Ads are billed by Apple on your own account. Listing changes, briefs and each creator video wait for approval. Selfdrive is included in the Max plan at $100 a month, with 230 credits, also used for building apps. A credit top-up starts at $18. Ad spend and creator fees are separate. The page also says to get a free growth plan first, and does not list what that plan includes.
