    Tyger

    NineNineSix's post says Tyger listens while you talk, stops when you interrupt, and helps when you ask. Open source, open weights. The repository is Apache 2.0. The Hugging Face model card lists the license as openmdw-1.1, not Apache. The readme says it runs in the browser and on one GPU, and that it also says "mm-hm" while you talk. Tested on an RTX 5090, an RTX PRO 5000, and an RTX PRO 4500, which is slower. Other cards are not tested. It wants a CUDA 13 driver, version 590 or newer, and about 60 GB of disk. The pricing page says Tyger is contact sales for early access. The $15 per million characters on that page is the Gepard TTS API, not Tyger. This page did not run the model.
